• School Digitalised builds and delivers educational software products including ERP systems, LMS platforms, AI-based services, and messaging integrations.
• We act solely as a technology solutions provider and support partner — not as a data controller or processor.
• All data generated, entered, or managed through the software we develop is owned and controlled exclusively by the client institution.
• We do not collect, store, use, or share any personal or institutional data beyond what is necessary to deliver and support the software.
• Clients are responsible for managing their user data and ensuring legal compliance regarding data privacy and consent.

Data Handling and Privacy

• All data entered into or managed through our educational software solutions remains under the sole ownership and control of the client.
• We do not access, view, or use client data unless explicitly authorized for technical support purposes.
• We do not retain client data after service termination.
• We do not engage in data profiling, behavioral tracking, or data monetization.
• Clients are responsible for obtaining necessary consents from their users for data processing and messaging.

Messaging Features (WhatsApp Business API Integration)

• Messaging features, including WhatsApp integration via the Meta WhatsApp Business Cloud API, are optional and enabled only upon explicit client request.
• All phone numbers, message content, scheduling, and recipient management are fully controlled and managed by the client via their software interface.
• School Digitalised does not view, store, or reuse any message content or contact information involved in WhatsApp messaging.
• Our role is limited to facilitating API integration and providing technical support.
• We do not initiate, monitor, or control message sending and have no access to message recipients or their data.

Use of Cookies and Tracking

• Our software platforms do not implement analytics, advertising tracking, or behavioral profiling technologies.
• Basic system logs may be maintained solely for internal technical performance monitoring and troubleshooting.

Security Practices

• We follow industry-standard security protocols to protect all services we host or support, including encryption, access controls, and regular backups.
• When software is hosted by clients, data security is managed entirely by the client institution.

Changes to This Policy

• This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time to reflect changes in practices or legal requirements.
• Clients will be informed of any material changes in a timely manner.
